- IMPORTANT! RMA number must be obtained before returning to us.

- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

- You may return most opened items within 7 days of delivery.

- Defective returns are not subject to any restocking fee and qualify for full refund. All other returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee, depending on condition received; shipping charges cannot be refunded. Defective items can only be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- We test all returns! It is the responsibility of the customer to judge if an item is defective. Any returns tested to be non-defective will be subjected to restocking fee as stated above.

- Media and games such as DVD/CD/Blu-Rays cannot be returned once opened.

- Customers have to pay the return shipping; unless the fault is on our end (manufacturing defects are not considered our fault). - Customers are responsible to return everything including the original packaging. Returns with missing parts will be held for 30 days. If we do not receive the missing parts in 30 days, then we will send back the return to the customer.

- We do not accept any returns on opened software. Every software sold will be factory sealed and returns will not be accepted once seal has been broken or plastic wrapped has been opened. Unopened software can be returned.


We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. A refund will be processed within 1-3 business days once the return is received.
